In addition to the Director and administrative personnel, all staff are state approved and/or certified professionals from the fields of education (assisted by paraprofessionals); social work; psychology; psychiatry; nursing; speech, music and art therapy; adaptive physical education; and water safety instruction.

A Board of Trustees composed of concerned individuals from the business and professional community oversees the policies and operations of the school.
