Summer Programs

The Approved Day Program

Our day program is in session during the month of July and is open to all Forum School students. The program stresses maintenance of the academic, social, motor, and communication skills learned during the school year. Swim, art, music and physical education are provided several times a week. Attendance is funded by the sending district when an extended year program is included in the student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP).

Sleepaway Camp

Students between the ages of 6 and 16 may attend a camp for either a one- or two- week session. Our students participate in the camp program involving arts and crafts, swimming, boating, nature, hiking, horseback riding, and sports under the guidance of Forum School staff. Parents are responsible for the cost of this program.

The Forum School Sleep-Over Program

This program is designed for younger children. Students spend four nights at our school where activities are tailored to individual interests and needs. Parents are responsible for the cost of this program.
